What We Do:
Delivering kosher Friday Night Shabbat Packages to the vulnerable in the Essex community – a project led by Loughton Shul and supported by members across all Essex communities – with a team of 35-volunteers, offering their time every week to ensure those in need, during this unprecedented time, are supported – showing that no one is alone, even if we have to isolate.

Every single penny enables us to purchase the nutritional food to make our delicious ’home made chicken soup’ with the best kneidlach ever! our tasty freshly made savoury dish, our colourful fresh fruit salad, the best individual yummy cakes made by our Sandra Waldman, and of course a challah .
Our volunteers arrive every Thursday to make the food and Friday to pack and deliver our now 200
“GOODY BAGS” all over Essex to the elderly, disabled and unwell who are unable to shop for themselves.
